Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of system infrastructure (servers, networks, OS environments, cloud instances). Monitor system health, performance, security, and uptime across all digital platforms. Implement and maintain access management, VPN, firewalls, backups, and disaster recovery procedures. Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate fixes to minimize downtime. Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of AEM Author and Publish instances. Manage AEM user roles, permissions, workflows, replication agents, dispatcher configurations, and caching. Coordinate with development and DevOps teams to support component deployments, code releases, and environment stability. Ensure AEM follows best practices for security, performance, and content governance. Support design and content teams with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. Manage integrations between design platforms, version control, prototyping tools, and developer workflows. Provide technical support for front-end build systems, design asset storage, and collaboration tools. Ensure UI/UX environments and design systems are accessible, updated, and stable. Work closely with UX designers, UI developers, AEM engineers, QA teams, product owners, and content authors. Maintain documentation for system configurations, architecture diagrams, workflows, and SOPs. Assist with deployment pipelines, CI/CD automation, and release management processes. Provide timely IT support for design, development, and content production teams. Ensure compliance with IT security guidelines, access control policies, and audit requirements. Monitor logs, detect anomalies, and resolve potential security threats. Maintain patching schedules, software updates, and vulnerability assessments. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3-6 years of experience in System Administration or IT Infrastructure roles. Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) administration. Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments, Apache, Dispatcher configuration, and cloud hosting (AWS/Azure/GCP). Strong understanding of UI/UX tool ecosystems (Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, design systems). Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web deployment practices. Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and automated deployments. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
