Restoration Technician

Job Full Description We are seeking a dependable Restoration Technician to assist with property damage restoration projects. The ideal candidate will help assess damage, perform cleanup, and restore properties to pre-loss condition. Responsibilities: Assess damaged properties to determine what materials and items can be restored Clean, pack, and store salvageable contents until they can be returned to the property Remove and replace damaged materials, including drywall, lumber, and carpeting Mitigate water damage by extracting water, drying affected areas, and assisting with mold remediation Clean and sanitize structural components that can be restored Communicate with customers by addressing questions, explaining job specifications, and reviewing invoices Follow all safety procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and using proper tools and equipment Qualifications: Previous restoration, construction, or general labor experience preferred Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions Strong attention to detail Good communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license preferred We are looking for hardworking, reliable individuals who take pride in helping restore homes and businesses.
