Job Posting: Production Laborers! We are seeking three (3) Production Helpers to assist our manufacturing team. This is a vital role responsible for supporting our production lines and ensuring quality standards are met. Pay Rate: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour. Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 am - 2:30 pm | Monday - Friday. Location: Bow, NH Key Responsibilities Line Support: Act as the primary helper on production lines with the ability to nest, stack, and package finished material. Material Handling: Transport raw materials, assist in loading lines, and help move heavy loads as required. Quality Inspection: Inspect products for defects to ensure they meet width, length, and overall quality standards. Inventory: Accurately fill out coil tags and ensure footage is correct to assist with inventory management. Collaboration: Communicate effectively with coworkers to meet production deadlines. Requirements Physical: Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. and push heavy materials. Stamina: Ability to stand for up to 4 hours with constant walking and pivoting on hard concrete surfaces in various temperatures. Safety: Follow all equipment safety requirements and train others in basic labor functions. Interviews are available Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
