We are adding a Vascular Surgeon to our established practice. • Permanent, full time • Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm • Hospital and clinic setting • Primary Location: Fisher Titus Medical Center - Norwalk, OH • Cerner EMR (Hospital/Clinics) • Clinic hospital consults general surgery and vascular lab block times • Clinic coverage with access to (2) hyperbaric chambers • Services performed: Wound mgt, Vein stripping (lower/upper), fistula creation, venous access, vein works (lower extremities), Dialysis temp and permanent port placement, endovascular aortic repair (EVAR), Carotid Stents, PE retrieval • Competitive salary compared to market and experience • Sign On: Up to 25k • Relocation: Up to $10,000 • Student Loan Repay: Yes.
