Your precision and dedication will help ensure minimal downtime, consistent quality, and a culture of growth and stability.Key ResponsibilitiesLog time and job data using ERP softwareInterpret work orders, flow sheets, and part drawingsInspect blueprint dimensions using manual gaugesLoad and verify tools and fixtures; fabricate basic fixtures as neededPull and verify correct materials from staging area per WOPACSet up and operate 3-axis mills and basic 2-axis lathe workUpload/download CNC programs from programmer to machineAlign vices and locate fixture centers accuratelySubmit first article and final inspections to Quality AssuranceRun production parts and conduct in-process inspectionsMaintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S principlesPerform daily and monthly machine preventive maintenanceCommunicate with Supervisor to ensure successful job completionSupport all safety and quality system requirementsTake on additional duties as assignedNote: This is a safety-sensitive position.Qualifications & SkillsHigh School Diploma or equivalentBasic proficiency with ERP softwareMinimum 5 years of experience in:CNC MachiningBlueprint readingManual inspection gaugesEditing and writing CNC programsStrong basic math skills: trigonometry knowledge preferredAbility to stand for extended periodsPowered by JazzHR
