Swiss CNC Engineer

Job Description: Swiss CNC EngineerWe are seeking a skilled Swiss CNC Engineer to join our dedicated team. This role involves working with state-of-the-art CNC equipment and requires expertise in programming and operating Swiss style machines. Our ideal candidate will have a strong experience in CNC machining and a keen eye for detail. You will contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality parts and exceptional service to meet our clients' needs.Responsibilities Use algebra, geometry, and trigonometry for machine setup and programming. Program and set up Citizen and Tsugami swiss style machines using Espirit Software. Read and understand blueprints and set-up sheets to ensure accurate machine operation. Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately and efficiently. Perform de-burring, inspection, and cleaning during machine cycle time to optimize usage. Complete special projects as assigned. Understand print requirements and demonstrate awareness of GD&T. Essential Skills 5+ years of experience in a CNC/machining environment. 2+ years of experience programming Swiss CNC machines. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and set-up sheets. Proficiency in creating complex offline programs for Swiss machines. Understanding of tool paths and program development. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus. Degree in Engineering is preferred.
