Primary Responsibilities The Receiving Inspection Technician is responsible for examining incoming materials, goods, and products to ensure they meet company quality standards and specifications. This role plays a critical part in maintaining supply chain integrity by identifying and reporting any discrepancies or defects found during the inspection process. Duties may include: Inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists. Check materials for damage, defects, or nonconformance to specifications. Document and report inspection results, including any discrepancies or quality issues. Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and quality assurance teams to resolve any issues found during inspection. Maintain accurate records of inspections and product releases. Ensure proper handling and storage of accepted items. Follow all safety procedures and company policies during inspection processes. Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc) Capable of organizing tasks based on the operations team's requirements and shifting priorities as needed.
