Job DescriptionTitle: Sr. Project Manager Location: Los Angeles, CA Hire Type: Direct hire Compensation: 150-210K Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, Holiday Pay Key Responsibilities Serve as Engineer of Record in California, including stamping and sealing electrical, automation, and controls engineering deliverables Oversee and manage projects from concept through execution, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality objectives are met Lead the development of low- and medium-voltage electrical, automation, and control system studies and designs Guide and mentor technical staff in producing engineering documents such as specifications, drawings, control philosophies, I/O lists, design reports, and conceptual packages Contribute technical expertise to proposal development and business growth initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Minimum of 12 years of experience in low- and medium-voltage electrical, automation, and controls system design Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in California; NCEES Record preferred for multi-state licensure Experience with PLC panel design, instrumentation, and industrial networks strongly preferred Solid understanding of applicable electrical, safety, and construction codes and standards High-voltage substation design experience is a plus Background in municipal water and wastewater projects is considered an asset Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
