Full Stack Developer

Our client, a well-established retail organization, is seeking a motivated and versatile Full Stack Developer to join its technology team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute across the full development lifecycle, supporting impactful, business-critical initiatives within a dynamic retail environment. You will work on a diverse portfolio of custom-built and integrated applications that support retail operations, logistics, e-commerce, and customer experience. Responsibilities: Redevelopment of a next-generation Point of Sale platform Mobile applications for Android and iOS (employee and customer-facing) Distribution and inventory management systems Ongoing enhancements to core business systems The environment blends modern technologies with established platforms, offering both innovation and meaningful system enhancement work. Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is preferred Strong communicators with an energetic, proactive mindset Analytical problem-solvers with solid programming fundamentals Eager to participate in the full development lifecycle Passionate about technology and continuous learning Interested in understanding how technology drives retail operations Entrepreneurial and comfortable introducing new ideas Retail industry experience is a plus but not required. Technology: RPGLE on IBM i SQL and database design principles JavaScript and React Web services, APIs XML and JSON Compensation: $125,000-150,000 Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
