Schedule Night shift, 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:30) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with a minimum of 2 years of critical care experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and experience in emergency department settings, with patient care emphasis in adult and geriatric populations. ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality respiratory care, including assessment, diagnostic support, and therapeutic intervention for patients with acute respiratory conditions. Assist in intubation, extubation, pulmonary hygiene, and bronchoscopy as needed. Monitor patients on mechanical ventilation and perform weaning protocols. Interpret arterial blood gases (ABGs) and provide necessary interventions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including Rapid Response Teams, to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist. Certification in ACLS and BLS required. Active Maryland or Compact license must be provided at the time of submission. Preferred experience in adult critical care and emergency department settings. Why ARMStaffing?
