FreshRealm is hiring a Fullfilment Manager for our Inventory Control Department. This individual will manage the Inventory functions, monitoring and reporting on Plant inventory, driving continuous improvement. The ability to meet performance metrics while reducing inefficiencies and waste is key. The Manager will support the organization by bringing Inventory Control expertise and passionately engage our teams to co-create a new era in fresh food delivery. Key Responsibilities: Ensure KPIs are met and reported out on daily, including regular cycle counts Develop, measure and evaluate Inventory work processes. Develop project plans to drive continuous improvement, increasing inventory accuracy and reducing inventory discrepancies Responsible for ensuring all Inventory tasks are performed on time Production Planning and control to ensure stocks are in the right place/time/quantity Manage budgets and costs to drive efficiencies and general improvements Identify root causes of inventory discrepancies through cause and effect analysis Lead, train, and supervise Inventory teams at the facility. Develop and implement succession/training plans to continuously upskill the team Responsible for systems management and data accuracy of ERP and Software systems Enforce compliance with policies and procedures surrounding Inventory Control and ensure they are applied consistently Measure inventory transaction integrity and accuracy while providing feedback to the operations and fulfillment teams Collaborate internally to provide best quality product for customers, including partnering with operations surrounding warehouse management system inventory locations Participate in cross-functional projects impacting inventory Promptly communicate all safety-related issues and concerns All other duties as assigned Qualifications: Experience and Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or Lean Manufacturing focus preferred 5 to 8 years supervisory experience in a Food Distribution or Food Manufacturing environment 3-5 years experience in Inventory Management, with the proven ability to show improvement in a continually developing environment Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Skills and Requirements: Forklift certification required Six-Sigma certification a plus Strong leadership skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, high-energy, and highly team-oriented environment The ability to positively motivate and coach staff to achieve high-quality results Excellent problem solving skills Strong interpersonal communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills Basic math skills required (counting, multiplication, conversions, fractions) Practical experience with ERP software (SAP experience a plus) Demonstrated success working in a team environment on multiple projects with changing priorities with the ability to work both on a team (as a member and/or leader) and independently to deliver results Experience implementing a wide range of change management and process improvement activities, based on broader organizational goals Must be able to withstand cold temperatures ranging from 30 - 31 degrees What We Offer: Comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees including medical, dental, vision, pet insurance and legal insurance 401(k) with company match that is immediately vested Life and ADD insurance Opportunities for career growth with a dynamic company that is changing the landscape of fresh meals.
