Join Our Star Elite Team as an On-Call Home Health Aide (HHA/CNA)! Are you a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) looking for a flexible and rewarding role? Join our Star Elite Team (SET) as an On-Call Home Health Aide, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional, high-quality care to clients in the comfort of their homes. As a valued member of our SET team, you'll step in to provide essential support when it's needed most, ensuring our clients receive reliable and responsive care. Why Join Us? Key Responsibilities: On-Call Coverage: Be available 6:00 AM - 11:00 PM on your selected weekday (from available options). Participate in an on-call rotation every 5th weekend to cover any last-minute call-offs. 2 holidays Personal Care & Assistance: Help clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, ensuring dignity and comfort. Assist with mobility support, including transfers, walking, and repositioning. Health & Wellness Monitoring: Provide medication reminders and report any health concerns. Monitor and document changes in the client's physical and mental condition. Household Support & Companionship: Perform light housekeeping, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation. Offer emotional support and companionship to enhance clients' overall well-being. Ensure a safe home environment by identifying and addressing potential hazards. Accurate Documentation & Communication: Maintain detailed records of care provided, client condition changes, and any incidents during shifts. What We're Looking For: Skills & Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to adapt to changing client needs and follow individualized care plans. Basic knowledge of medical procedures and terminology. Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to caregiving. Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to lift, move, and assist clients as needed. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required for travel). Ability to pass a background check (as applicable). Preferred Experience & Certifications: 1+ year of experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or CNA (Required). HHA or CNA license (Required). Driver's License & Auto Insurance (Required). CPR Certification (Preferred).
