Job Description• The ideal candidate balances structure with flexibility, demonstrates strong situational leadership, and can navigate organizational complexity.• Facilitates all ART ceremonies across multiple ARTs (PI Planning, SoS, ART Sync).• Tracks ART metrics, risks, and dependencies.• Drives continuous improvement within the train.• Ensures alignment to program roadmap & cross‑team coordination.• Trains teams and leaders on Agile, SAFe, Lean, OKRs, and flow.• Leads or support organizational Agile transformations.• Coaches Scrum Masters, Product Owners, delivery teams, and leaders on Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean) to strengthen practices and mindset.• Provides one‑on‑one and group coaching to build high‑performing, self‑organizing teams.• Serves as a mentor and thought partner to leadership, helping them model Agile behaviors.• Facilitates Agile ceremonies, workshops, and training sessions, including retrospectives, OKR workshops, value stream mapping, PI readiness activities, and continuous improvement events.• Helps develop and evolve Agile standards, governance models, and maturity assessments.• Ability to build and execute upon an agile coaching plan.• Bring a change management mindset to teams that may be struggling with transformational change (calm, logic, patience to coach, problem solving, etc.).• Navigate and develop relationships with a team where psychological safety or trust may be at risk.
