Position overview We are looking for a reliable, professional, and highly motivated individual who can join our team as an Full Charge Bookkeeper reporting to our Accounting Manager, in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate must be pleasant, hardworking, highly organized and detail oriented. Qualities important to this role are reliability, responsibility and a conscientious work ethic. Skills/Qualifications:5 years of previous bookkeeping experience. 5 years of Quickbooks experience and high-volume Accounts Payable Law firm accounting experience a plus Accuracy in entering accounting transactions Bank reconciliations as well as credit card reconciliations Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel and Word Administrative duties as needed Order and maintain inventory of office supplies #Promote
