This role provides graduate admissions data and proactive application management and participates in off-campus recruitment efforts. In collaboration with campus partners, this role executes innovative recruitment strategies to attract academically talented and diverse graduate students across a range of programs, engaging with prospective students from initial inquiry through enrollment. Representing the University of Vermont ( UVM ), this position interacts with constituents both on and off campus to advance institutional enrollment goals.Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)Bachelor’s degree. Demonstrated multicultural competency and a commitment to recruit a diverse student population. Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
