This contract role involves working closely with students to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies and specialized educational support as a paraprofessional and ABA therapist. Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized 1:1 ABA therapy interventions tailored to student needs. Support classroom instruction by assisting with behavior management and skill development. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other staff to create and implement effective behavior plans. Monitor student progress and document interventions and outcomes. Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for students. Desired Qualifications: Experience or training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), preferably with school-aged children. Background as a paraprofessional or ABA therapist within educational settings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, educators, and families.
