What You'll Be Doing WORKING CONDITIONS/HAZARDS: MSDS are available for hazardous chemicals PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Standing, lifting, pulling and pushing, manipulating a needle and syringe to prepare IV products using aseptic technique REPORTS TO:Director of Pharmacy CONTACTS: Nurses, Technicians, Aides, Physicians and other Health Care Professionals SUPERVISES:Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacy Clerk MAIN FUNCTIONS: Dispensing and compounding of medications using pharmaceutical care skills, maintains records requested by regulations and departmental policy, furnishes drug information whenever appropriate or as requested, and consults prescribers whenever needed. What We're Looking For EDUCATION: BS in Pharmacy EXPERIENCE: Hospital/Clinical Pharmacy experience preferred LICENSURE/QUALIFICATIONS: RPh. In New Jersey, DIspensing and Pharmacotherapy Skills
