Job Full Description Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) Clerk Location: Wyckoff, NJ Schedule: Part-time, flexible • 3 days per week • 5-6 hours per day • Approximately 20-30 hours per week Pay Rate: $22/hour About the Role We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented AP/AR Clerk to join our friendly, team-oriented office. Responsibilities Accounts Payable (Daily) Match packing slips with vendor invoices and cross-check for accuracy Enter vendor invoices into QuickBooks Enter non-vendor invoices into QuickBooks Accounts Receivable (Daily) Make AR calls to customers regarding outstanding balances Code and enter deposits into QuickBooks Travel to the bank to make deposits Weekly Ensure all bank statement transactions are properly coded and entered into QuickBooks Every Other Week Pay vendor bills Pay other bills as needed Requirements Ability to make phone calls for accounts receivable follow-up Ability to travel to the bank for deposits Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Positive attitude and team-player mindset QuickBooks Desktop experience is a plus, but not required-we are happy to train the right candidate.
