CNC Setup Machinist

Job Full Description CNC Set Up MachinistShift: 1std shift Pay: $27-30/hr (based on experience) Where: near eastside of Indianapolis Evaluation Hire for the right candidateDuties: Will operate various CNC controlled machines Setup operations on various CNC machines including ID, OD, and profile grinders. Will make off-set and wheel changes to CNC machine setup parameters as needed to maintain quality. Will use Guardian ERP system to control part quantities and location. In conjunction with manufacturing engineering will aid other less experienced CNC machine operators with setups and operation of various CNC machining and grinding machines. Qualifications: 4-6 years of previous experience in a CNC production grinding facility Ability to perform setups of new and existing parts on CNC lathes, OD grinder, ID grinder, profile grinders and milling centers. Experience with Okuma, Okamoto, Haas and Studer Controls a plus.
