Job Type Full-time Description Acura of Peabody, part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, is searching for Experienced Automotive Technicians who are ready to be part of our team. We offer our technicians a compensation package that includes: Competitive pay plans that include a base rate plus monthly tiered productivity bonuses Estimated pay range: $28-$40/hr. dependent upon experience level and certification Bi-annual performance reviews Quarterly Contests with amazing prizes Year-End productivity bonuses Paid manufacturer training In this role you will: Diagnose, repair, perform maintenance on vehicles as described on repair order in accordance with factory standards Clearly and accurately document all work performed Road test vehicles as required, or refer to the inspection technician as appropriate Attend and successfully complete factory training as required by manufacturer. Requirements Be 18 years of age or older Possess a valid Driver's License in good standings and a clean driving record Our Ideal candidate will also possess the following: Minimum of 2 years automotive experience Acura/Honda Brand certification a plus A strong desire to produce quality workmanship and achieve targeted goals Basic computer skills The ability to communicate in a positive and professional manner Dependable Ability to pass pre-employment screens
