Part-time and part-time on-call employees: Quest, Inc. provides 401(K) with company match and EAP for part-time/part-time on call employees Responsibilities Management of cases that includes communicating with parents/caregivers and other therapists to address issues such as data collection, graphing, and programmatic decisions Design acquisition and deceleration programs to meet goals for each assigned child Administers VB-MAAP, ABLLS, EFL, or other assessment in conjunction with quarterly updates Write semiannual updates for assigned cases Lead discussions regarding programs and make programmatic decisions with the consultation of the Lead Enters all programs into database monthly Collect data for each child's performance and graph at least weekly Manage staff such that all data are graphed as assigned for each designated child Conduct individual teaching sessions for each child as assigned Care for child with toileting, dressing, grooming, feeding, and all other self-care and independent care skills Develop training materials that are up to date with current technologies in the field Communicate with parents to ensure that the consumer service model is followed Attend weekly staff meetings and case review Design data sheets and graphs as indicated per case/need Ensure compliance with all Behavior Analysis Certification Board guidelines Adheres to all Quest's policies and procedures Perform all other duties as required Qualifications MA or MS in Psychology or related field required Experience in developing and implementing behavioral programs with individuals with developmental disabilities required BCBA certification required Florida Driver's License with no more than two moving violations in the past three years Able to work in the US and not require Visa Sponsorship from our company now or in the future Design programs Collect and analyze data Assess functional properties of behavior Effectively work with parents Graph and plot data Quest, Inc. is a drug free workplace and an Equal Opportunity Employer.
