Commercial Plumbing Foreman

Snapshot / Role Overview We're seeking a Commercial Plumbing Foreman in Phoenix, AZ to lead field crews and deliver quality plumbing installations for commercial construction projects. Impact • Drive project success by managing daily plumbing operations and coordinating with other trades • Ensure installations meet code requirements and quality standards that exceed client expectations • Develop skilled plumbers through hands-on training and mentorship on the jobsite • Maintain safety excellence and foster a culture of accountability among field teams Responsibilities • Supervise plumbing crews and coordinate daily work activities across active projects • Review plumbing drawings, specifications, and schedules with team members • Layout plumbing systems including water distribution, sanitary waste, and storm drainage • Verify rough-in dimensions, elevations, and coordinate penetrations with other trades • Perform quality control inspections before and after code inspections • Troubleshoot installation challenges and implement field solutions effectively • Enforce company safety policies and conduct daily toolbox talks • Manage material deliveries, tool inventory, and equipment maintenance • Complete daily reports, timesheets, and progress documentation • Communicate with project managers and general contractors on schedule and issues Requirements Must-Haves • 7+ years of commercial plumbing experience with proven leadership ability • Journeyman Plumber license or equivalent required • Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, materials, and installation methods • Ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings and specifications • Excellent communication and team coordination skills • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Nice-to-Haves • OSHA 30 certification • Experience with medical gas systems or fire protection piping • Backflow prevention certification • Familiarity with BIM coordination and prefabrication workflows Call to Action If you're ready to advance your career in mechanical construction, apply today or connect with us to learn more.
