POSITION SUMMARY: Speech Language Pathologist to eval and treat geriatric patients at our facility. Competitive pay. In-house opportunity. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Current license in the State of Oklahoma in good standing Experience in long-term healthcare preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills needed, both verbal and written documentation. POSITION DUTIES: Responsible for performing evaluations of communication skills and swallowing functions. Provide treatment plans that allow your patients to reach their maximum communication and swallowing potential. Work with other therapists and nursing staff to help provide a cohesive quality of care between the clinical needs and therapy needs. Be able to educate patients and care givers to be able to success at home after discharge from facility. Provide quality documentation as required.
