URGENTLY HIRING JUNIOR TO SENIER PANEL BUILDERS/PLC INSTALLERSJob DescriptionThe Manufacturing Assembler is tasked with assembling and wiring electrical panels and enclosures, both in-house and at job sites. This position requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to read engineering drawings, and a commitment to quality and process improvement.Responsibilities Participate in all phases of the manufacturing process. Read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics. Layout and mount electrical components onto panels. Wire electrical components on panels according to diagrams and specifications. Install assembled panels into enclosures and perform final wiring. Identify and resolve issues during the Quality Check process. Prepare completed systems for shipping. Proactively identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes and efficiency. Perform on-site wiring and mechanical and electrical installations as needed. Travel locally within a 75-mile radius up to 1–2 times per month and out-of-town 1–2 times every three months. Essential Skills Electrical and Mechanical Aptitude with over 3 years of experience. Ability to read blueprints and schematics. Experience with electrical assembly or similar manufacturing work. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift 40-60 pounds, and perform tasks requiring bending or reaching. Ability to use hand tools such as jigsaws, drills, taps, and wrenches. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma required; technical school or some college preferred. Experience as a Panel Builder, Wire Man, or Panel Assembler. Familiarity with power tools, print reading, schematic reading, assembly, welding, and machining. Manual dexterity and experience with troubleshooting, installation, and electronics. The role is based in a well-organized, climate-controlled shop environment.
