Revenue Auditor

Summary: The Revenue Auditor at Rosen Hotels & Resorts is responsible for accurately balancing all daily hotel transactions, processing payments for services rendered, and providing guest assistance throughout their stay. Responsibilities: Efficiently balance all hotel transactions for the day, ensuring accuracy in financial records. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in daily financial reports or transaction logs. Collect payments for services rendered during a guest's stay, including check-in and check-out procedures. Provide outstanding guest service and promptly address guest needs according to Company Standards. Protect sensitive financial and guest information in accordance with company policies. Uphold the company's drug-free, tobacco-free, and nicotine-free policies within the workplace. All other duties as assigned. Experience/Qualifications:1+ years of related experience is preferred. Front Desk experience is a plus. Strong detail oriented skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to lift- up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently. Must be able to legally work in the USA. Education and Certification(s)/License(s):High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid driver's license required.
