Support the operations team by keeping building systems and equipment in top-notch condition. Conduct general interior maintenance, including HVAC/R and evaporator coil cleaning, as well as kitchen equipment servicing like meat grinders, slicers, and more. Handle minor plumbing repairs with precision. Ensure all lighting systems are functioning optimally by changing bulbs and ballasts as needed. Tackle special tasks, such as painting, locksmith duties, and fulfilling tenant service requests. Be prepared to answer the call for any after-hours emergencies. Adhere to all safety procedures, maintaining clean and secure work areas, and actively identifying potential hazards. Engage in continual learning through technical, safety, and operational process training programs. Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used as outlined by management. Got What It Takes? Here's What We're Looking For... Required Experience and Technical Skills: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Class B UST Certification. Valid state driver's license. Completion of a relevant technical training program is desirable, plus at least one year of experience in building repair and maintenance, plumbing, and electrical work. Physical capability to lift 80 lbs., use 30 ft ladders, and showcase mechanical and electrical aptitude. Ability to pass background checks, and drug/alcohol and MVR screenings. Preferred Additional Skills: Comfort in navigating and adhering to both Jones Lang LaSalle and client-directed Policies & Procedures.
