This role involves responding to water damage emergencies, performing mitigation and cleanup services, and helping provide restoration to residential and commercial properties. Location: Salem, OR Starting Pay: $18.00/HR Schedule: FT, M - F 8:00am to 4:30pm ( plus OT potential) Responsibilities Respond to water damage and flood emergencies Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers) Remove damaged materials (drywall, flooring, insulation, etc.) Document job progress with photos and notes Communicate professionally with customers and team members Follow company safety procedures and industry standards Willingness to work occasional on-call or emergency response Qualifications Experience in water damage restoration or mitigation preferred IICRC certification (WRT, ASD) not required but preferred Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor Comfortable working in emergency and fast-paced environments Dependable, self-motivated APPLY NOW!
