Resident Care Assistants/ Med Techs

Resident Caregiver / Med Tech (Full-Time, 3pm - 11pm and Part-Time 11 - 7) at Grand Villa of Ocala Grand Villa of Ocala is dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality care to our residents. We are currently seeking dedicated Resident Caregivers with a preference for Med Tech certification to join our team for the evening shift. Key Responsibilities: - Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility - Provide companionship and emotional support to residents - Administer medications and treatments as directed, following all safety and compliance protocols (Med Tech certification preferred) - Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to nursing staff - Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of care provided - Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents - Collaborate with team members to deliver personalized care plans Skills and Qualifications: - Prior experience in senior care or healthcare preferred - Med Tech certification highly preferred; willingness to obtain certification is a plus - Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to work the evening shift (3pm - 11pm) - Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety protocols At Grand Villa of Ocala, we foster a warm, welcoming culture that values growth, teamwork, and excellence in care.
