Our Peds are located at hospital owned clinics in Norwalk and Bellevue, OH. Established practice currently with 4 Physicians and 6 APPs Specific Practice Details: • Outpatient • MD • Typical Monday - Friday schedule w/ one evening in office • Call is 1 in 5 • Seeing around 25 patients per day, 4 APP's for support • Flexible scheduling, Norwalk is the primary location with possible participation in satellite locations (Wakeman, Bellevue, Willard) • EMR - Cerner • Compensation: Compensation is competitive to market and level of experience. • RVU expectations based on experience, current Providers are between 5,000 - 7,300 annually • Sign on bonus - Up to $20K • Relocation Bonus - up to $10K • Quality Bonus - Up to $10K, based on assigned metrics • Productions wRVU's - $45 per unit above agreed upon base • Student Loan Repayment - Up to $25K per year, max at $100K • CME Benefits - $5K plus 5 professional days for training • Full benefits package, 401K • PTO - 4 weeks (PTO/holidays) first 4 years, goes up from there (based upon a full time provider) Client DetailsAddress 272 Benedict Ave City Norwalk State OH Zip Code 44857
