Job Description Beacon ABA Services is seeking a passionate and experienced BCBA who will be responsible for the ongoing supervision of and program development at our South Shore treatment center in Rockland. Relocation assistance available, terms and conditions apply. This role involves managing both client and staff-related responsibilities. For clients, you'll conduct outreach, maintain records, communicate with other directors, monitor QA items, maintain schedules, coordinate transportation, maintain the center and oversee program development. For staff, you'll conduct field interviews, manage schedules, evaluate performance, attend meetings, and provide training.
