Job Description Hamilton Connections is recruiting for Cable Assemblers in the New Britain area. 2nd shift 1:30pm - 9:30pmpm Monday through Friday $17.50/hr Temp to Hire Opportunity Cable Assembler Job Duties: Cutting and coiling of cable Assembly of connectors onto cable Molding cable Counting parts and entering counts into computer Packing of product Job Description: Cutting, coiling of cable. The thickness of the cable is that of a medium to thick Pen. Typically, the person would be required to handle or mold individual cables which are only a few pounds in weight. The weight of the cable bundles could range from 12 - 40 lbs depending on the amount of cable being coiled. Assembling connectors onto cable using basic hand tool. The position would be standing all day. Job Requirements: Prior Assembly/manufacturing experience Have the ability to complete production quota's Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a pre employment DT and background check.
