Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene and grooming needs. Reminds residents to take medications. Encourage residents to take part in meal time. Assists residents with plate and utensil orientation. Provide one on one support when needed to engage residents in activities or providing a quiet space to calm residents when needed. Applies "5 Star" customer service approach and commitment in all aspects of job with an emphasis on continued improvement. Committed to working with residents and families to develop and implement strategies that promote person-centered care.
