This travel nursing opportunity places experienced Registered Nurses in a dynamic Emergency Room setting in High Point, North Carolina. Working primarily night shifts on a 3x12-hour schedule, you will care for a diverse patient population in a general Emergency Department serving both adult and pediatric cases. The role requires adaptability with floating across multiple campuses and a commitment to high patient care standards. Responsibilities include conducting triage, managing dysrhythmias, performing phlebotomy and IV starts, and supporting a fast-paced environment with an average daily census of 75 patients. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and apply your clinical skills to ensure timely and effective emergency care. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Minimum 2 years of emergency nursing experience; first-time travelers are welcome. Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS required; TNCC preferred. Capability to interpret and manage cardiac dysrhythmias. Proficiency in phlebotomy, IV insertion, and triage assessment. Charge nurse experience is a plus. Flexibility to work every other weekend and holidays as needed. Must comply with a zero-tolerance policy on tardiness and absences. Schedule: Night shifts, 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each. Includes floating responsibilities across campuses.
