Linux Admin VMWare NSX skills Req # 2556-1,# 2557-1 - 2 Positions Work Location: Owings Mills MD Skills with VMWare VSphere Dell products- VxRail NSX Manage virtual guests on platform, upgrades patching & security On Call support, team environment Linux/Unix/ AIX patch & maintain systems able to address customer tickers scripting & automation Other Skills/ Knowledge Puppet & Ansible AWS Requirements • Typically requires 3+ years of relevant experience with UNIX/Linux systems administration - RedHat Linux experience is required • Capable of writing and maintaining Shell Scripts • VMware knowledge or work experience • Puppet and/or Ansible configuration management knowledge or work experience • Experience with Tenable Security Center • Working knowledge of system monitoring and alerting • A working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) • A working knowledge of High availability concepts • Adaptable and willing to learn new technologies to support the business • A solid understanding of the broader technology portfolio • Stays abreast of industry trends and technologies • Maintains root cause analysis skills for investigation of incidents impacting technology availability • Reviews capacity utilization for trends and raises awareness across teams to address areas of excess and shortages • Administers processes and procedures related to code management • Engages various teams to evaluate and implement performance tuning recommendations • Capable of working in a team and independently Skills: VMware,NSX,Linux
