Senior Technical Business Analyst

Job Title: Senior Technical Business Analyst Location: Wilmington, DE Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to lead modernization of a financial services sub-accounting platform. The role requires strong data analysis, SQL expertise, and experience converting legacy systems into modern, API-driven architectures while supporting Agile delivery and regulatory compliance. Key Skills: Data analysis and modeling, strong SQL, canonical data models (investor, position, trade), data mapping and reconciliation, REST APIs, microservices, Kafka/MQ, ETL tools (Informatica/Talend), data quality and governance, Jira, Confluence, BDD/Gherkin, CI/CD, DevOps concepts, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau). Roles & Responsibilities: Own product vision and migration roadmap, prioritize features, reverse-engineer legacy systems, define data models and API contracts, manage Agile backlogs and sprint planning, design TO-BE processes and controls, ensure compliance and audit readiness, and align stakeholders across business, technology, and compliance teams.
