Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Opportunity MLR is seeking a skilled and dedicated Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join a state-of-the-art surgical facility near Pawleys Island, SC. This full-time, permanent, direct-hire role comes with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and up to $7,500 in relocation assistance for qualified candidates. Starting Pay: Competitive rates starting at $30.00/hour. Key Responsibilities: Surgical Preparation: Maintain a sterile environment by preparing instruments and supplies, ensuring everything is in optimal working condition. Shift Options: Flexible day shifts with choices between 4x10 or 5x8 schedules. Instrument Handling: Assist surgeons by efficiently passing instruments and anticipating their needs during procedures. Patient Care: Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures. Equipment Management: Maintain and troubleshoot surgical equipment, ensuring it is ready and functioning properly for each case. Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist is preferred. Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and a collaborative approach to working with the surgical team.
