Join a premier National Title Insurance Company in the heart of Denver. We are looking for an Accounting Associate I who thrives in a dual-role capacity-balancing essential bookkeeping with high-level administrative support. What You'll Do You won't just be crunching numbers; you'll be the heartbeat of our Denver office operations. Your day-to-day will involve: Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), process transactions in QuickBooks Online, and handle Stripe payment processing. Take ownership of company credit cards, executive expense reports, and balance sheet accounts. Support the monthly close process and ensure all internal controls are rock-solid. Beyond the ledger, you'll coordinate bi-weekly team meetings, manage executive administrative projects, and oversee office organization and mail. Act as the primary point of contact for vendor setups and communications. The Essentials: 1-3 years of hands-on bookkeeping/accounting and 2-3 years of administrative or executive assistant experience. Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and experience with online payment platforms (Stripe). solid grasp of basic accounting principles and reconciliations. High School Diploma (required). High discretion with sensitive data, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
