Adecco Staffing is currently partnered with a growing manufacturer in Watertown, MA! We are seeking an experienced CNC Swiss Machining Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity on 2nd shift. Job Title: 2nd Shift CNC Swiss Machining Supervisor Pay Range: $35 - $45 per hour depending on experience (shift differential included) Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2nd Shift (2:30PM - 11:00PM or 3:00PM - 1:00AM), with overtime available Responsibilities Include: • Supervising and leading 2nd shift CNC Swiss machining operations • Setting up and operating Citizen Swiss CNC machines as needed • Providing hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and process improvements • Overseeing machine setups, tooling changes, offsets, and program edits • Ensuring production goals, quality standards, and on-time delivery metrics are met • Inspecting parts and verifying tight tolerances (+/- .0002) • Training, mentoring, and developing machinists and operators • Enforcing safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized work environment • Communicating production updates and issues to leadership and 1st shift management Qualifications Include: • 7+ years of CNC Swiss machining experience required • Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred • Extensive experience with Citizen Swiss machines required • Strong background machining stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and complex components • Proven ability to hold tight tolerances (+/- .0002) and apply geometric tolerancing principles • Ability to independently perform full setups and support team members • Strong blueprint reading and troubleshooting skills • Organized, hands-on leader who leads by example • Ability to manage workflow and prioritize in a fast-paced production environment If interested, please apply directly to this job posting!
