What You'll Do Operate heavy equipment including excavators, loaders, skid steers, and dozers Drive Class A CDL side dump trucks to haul dirt, gravel, debris, and equipment Assist with bridge, road, and structure tear-outs Support grading, site prep, and land improvement projects Perform routine inspections and light maintenance on trucks and equipment Work safely and effectively as part of a crew What We're Looking For Valid Class A CDL license with a clean driving record Proven experience with heavy equipment operation Side dump experience preferred (training available) Ability to work outdoors in all seasons Dependable, safety-minded, and a strong team player What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Employer-paid health insurance Steady, year-round work with overtime opportunities Local projects-home most nights A supportive team environment with opportunities to grow
