About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Refurbishment Technician to perform rapid functional testing on refurbished electronics in a high-throughput production environment. This role focuses on verifying basic device functionality, documenting results, and routing units appropriately. No advanced diagnostics required. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (OT as needed) Key Responsibilities: Perform basic functional testing (power, charging, ports, display, audio, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth) Run simple software checks when provided Record pass/fail results accurately Sort devices (Pass / Repair / Parts Only / Scrap) Maintain production pace and quality standards Follow safety and ESD procedures Qualifications: Experience handling or testing electronics in warehouse or production settings Ability to follow written steps consistently and work efficiently Basic computer/data entry skills Strong attention to detail Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
