Overview Support the integration of collaborative care planning for individual patients and implement the standards of nursing in the processes of care. ResponsibilitiesGeneral Clinical PracticePerforms all assigned patient care responsibilities according to the standards of care at NLH and within the scope of practice established for LNAs. Demonstrates the skills necessary to provide age appropriate care to the population served. Documents care provided using hospital standards. Reinforces education to patients and families. Reports any untoward symptoms or changes to appropriate RN/LPN. Monitors the patient environment to assure that it is safe and free from hazards. QualificationsGraduate of an accredited LNA program 0-1 year relevant clinical practice Hospital experience preferred Required Licensure/CertificationsREQUIRED LICENSE(S): • LNA - NH or temp LNA - NH REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: • (BLS) Basic Life Support
