Assembler

Job Title: Assembler Location: Tempe, AZ Duration: 12+ Months (Temp to Permanent) Pay Rate: $18.00/Hr. to $19.50/Hr. on W2 Shift: Compressed Shift 1B (Thu, Fri, Sat and e/o Wed 5am - 5pm) Job Description: Ability to wear required PPE to fulfill shift duties: smock, hairnet, gloves, facemask, and safety glasses. Use hand tools, spot welders, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to assemble products using detailed documented procedures. Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality. Perform visual checks of product to assure quality. Identify non-conforming parts following documented procedures. Meet manufacturing output requirements while producing high quality products. Ability to work alone and with others in a team environment under minimal supervision to accomplish department goals. Must have strong problem solving, analytical skills, adaptability, and flexibility. Must have good computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email) Good written and verbal communication skills Must be able to clearly read and write in English.
