Don’t wait, apply now!JOB DUTIES: Work directly on the sales floor and phones daily, connecting with customers and supporting fellow staff members in the selection of products to provide horticultural, landscape, and/or gardening solutions. Provide support and answers to customer’s questions regarding procedures, products and requests. Assist with carryout and cart retrieval. Answer the telephone and answer customer questions, provide information and process orders. Provide accurate, timely and friendly service to both Bachman’s customers and potential customers. Build sustained connections with Bachman’s customers and potential customer connections by providing accurate, timely, and friendly service. QUALIFICATIONS: Demonstrates excellent customer relations and communication skills is required. Must be able to read and write English, perform basic math skills and computer functions. High energy level. Past retail experience and horticultural experience preferred Demonstrated ability to follow through on work direction. Ability to perform routine tasks to high standards, within a seasonally changing environment. Work is performed in areas with weather extremes of heat and cold, and wet conditions. The position requires standing/walking on hard surface during the entire shift, working at a fast pace. Must be able to lift 50lbs. with frequent bending.
