Schedule The position requires 12-hour night shifts with the option to pick up extra 8-hour shifts. A minimum of every other weekend is expected. No block schedules are available. Job Description The Med-Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive care to a variety of patients, with a focus on telemetry and medical-surgical nursing. Nurses are responsible for applying, interpreting telemetry rhythms, and responding to patient needs in a collaborative team environment. ResponsibilitiesMonitor and interpret telemetry data for adult patients. Perform nursing procedures including NG tube insertion and peripheral IV insertion. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care. Document patient care accurately using Epic system. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 2 years of clinical experience with at least 1 year of Med-Surg Telemetry experience. Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required. Telemetry certification is preferred. Must have IV experience and completed NIHSS before starting. Epic experience within the past 2 years is required. Why ARMStaffing?
