An opportunity is available for a Mammography Technologist skilled in imaging to support outpatient services. This contract position operates on a consistent Monday through Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, providing stability and work-life balance without on-call responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Perform advanced mammography procedures including 3-D mammography, diagnostic and screening mammograms, needle localization, stereotactic biopsy, and biopsies with SAVI Scout technology Utilize Siemens imaging equipment and manage patient data via the Sectra PACS system Maintain precise, timely charting using the Epic electronic health record system Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure accurate imaging and patient care following established protocols Qualifications and Experience: Current ARRT certifications in Mammography (M) and Radiography (R) are required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification mandatory Virginia state licensure preferred Demonstrated experience with Siemens imaging systems essential Familiarity with outpatient imaging settings is necessary Additional Details: The facility allows one call-off per two weeks No call or weekend shifts required Candidates living locally outside the specified radius are not accepted for this role First-time travelers will not be considered This position is ideal for imaging professionals seeking a stable, focused role in an outpatient setting with cutting-edge technology.
