Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - Hospital & Home Health | Everett, WA Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) in Everett, WA - 13-week hospital & home health assignment. Must hold an active Washington State OT license and be able to travel 50+ miles within the service area. Job Details Location: Everett, WA (Puget Sound / Snohomish County) Assignment Type: Travel OT Setting: Hospital & Home Health (hospital-based home health focus) Start Date: March 23, 2026 End Date: June 21, 2026 Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days, Monday-Friday Shift Length: 8-hour shifts (40 hours/week) Travel Radius: Must be available to cover a 50+ mile radius from the Everett office Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,030-$2,190/week Key Qualifications (Occupational Therapist) Active Occupational Therapy (OT) license in Washington State (required) Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist (OT) preferred Experience in hospital or home health settings (inpatient OT, home health OT) is a plus Familiarity with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) documentation system (required) Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the service area Responsibilities - Travel OT / Home Health Occupational Therapist Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in hospital and home health settings across Everett and surrounding communities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans Implement therapeutic interventions focused on ADLs, adaptive equipment, energy conservation, and functional mobility Meet productivity expectations (minimum 30 points per week) and complete documentation by 10:00 AM the following day in HCHB Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (nursing, PT, social work, case management) to ensure continuity of care Educate patients and families on therapy goals, home exercise programs, adaptive strategies, and safety Preferred Skills & Experience Prior travel OT or per diem experience in hospital/home health settings Knowledge of adaptive equipment, home safety evaluations, and discharge planning Strong clinical documentation skills using HCHB or similar EHRs Excellent communication and time-management skills for community-based caseloads Everett, WA - Location Highlights Join our team in Everett, WA-part of the Puget Sound region-where you'll enjoy access to waterfront parks, hiking, and a vibrant community while working in a supportive hospital/home health environment.
