STAFF PHARMACIST - RETAIL - PRNDO NOT SUBMIT ANYONE WHO DOES NOT MEET THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Summary of Responsibilities: Administering retail pharmacy approved Vaccinations. Mandatory Qualifications: BSP degree RPH license in the State of Ohio Current BLS/Immunization delivery certification Preferred Qualifications: Pharm D Required Licenses/Certifications Prior to Start: Ohio Licensed Pharmacist, BLS current, Immunization certification Physical Environment: Stand, sit, and administer vaccinations Network Access and/or Applications used: Epic functionality required. Shift: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm - 8 hr. shift with lunch. Will utilize Kronos to track time.
