Assist with administrative and receptionist duties when needed or as assigned. Compile and complete monthly, quarterly, semi- annual and annual reports. Performs duties related to purchasing and record keeping of expenditures. Perform departmental program duties in accordance with rules, regulations, and policies. Organize and maintain files in accordance with established procedure and records retention policy. May serve as timekeeper. Position-Specific Details:Location: This vacancy is located in the Ouachita Parish Child Support Enforcement Office in Monroe, LACareer Progression: This position participates in a Career Progression Group (CPG) and may be filled as an Administrative Coordinator 1, 2, or 3. The level at which the vacancy is filled will be determined by the qualifications of the candidate selected. This position provides the opportunity to advance within this job series.Compensation: The actual starting salary depends on the education and experience of the selected applicant.Appointment Type: This position may be filled as a probational appointment or a job appointment that may last up to 48 months. Job appointments may convert to probational appointments.
