Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.What You'll Be Doing Lead daily terminal operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant material handling. Coordinate and supervise loading/unloading activities and equipment maintenance. Monitor inventory levels and manage logistics to meet delivery schedules. Promote and enforce safety standards and environmental regulations. Train and support terminal staff to maintain high performance and operational excellence. Managing & Leading the Terminal workforce. Unloading gravity hopper railcars and & loading bulk tankers. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage operations effectively. Strong understanding of terminal logistics, safety protocols, and equipment handling. Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making in fast-paced environments. Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments. Commitment to safety with continuous improvement and operational efficiencies. Work EnvironmentThis role operates in an industrial terminal setting with exposure to outdoor weather conditions, heavy equipment, and high-traffic areas.
