Location: Rutland, Vermont We are seeking a full-time CRNA to join a collaborative Department of Anesthesiology serving as the exclusive anesthesia provider for a Trauma Center. This is an excellent opportunity to practice within a supervision model where an Anesthesiologist is always present, offering strong physician support and team collaboration. Job Responsibilities Provide high-quality anesthesia care under physician supervision Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia care plans Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage hemodynamic stability Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia colleagues, and nursing staff Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program Current CRNA certification Eligible for or holding Vermont RN and APRN licensure Current BLS and ACLS certification (or ability to obtain) Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety Ability to function effectively within a team-based anesthesia care model Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary Signing bonus Educational loan assistance Relocation assistance Annual CME, licensing, and professional membership allowance Comprehensive health benefits Short-term and long-term disability coverage 403(b) and 457(b) retirement savings plans
